Plot:
When Peter gets soaked in his new hammock, he sees an advertisement for a lawyer and hires him to represent him against his neighbor. However, when he gets to court, he discovers that the lawyer is his neighbor and Peter finds himself trying to act as his own lawyer. But just as things are going against him, his friends manage to come through with evidence that the lawyer was in the wrong. Claiming to want to make amends, the lawyer, Brick Baker, offers the gang tickets to a "Surfin' Bird" musical. However, Peter finds himself separated from his friends and relegated to the upper reaches of the theater while Brick hangs out with the guys. Peter finds himself on the outside of his friendship circle, but when he hears them having fun on a slip and slide at Brick's house, he comes over to confront them. However, Brick offers no resistance and mentions that the entire time they were together, the guys could only talk about Peter. With things back to normal, Lois suggests Peter go over and give Brick a proper welcome to the neighborhood, but he goes to Cleveland's house to practice first.
Meanwhile, Brian gets a craving for a lobster roll, but discovers that the line for food truck service is exceedingly long, so Stewie suggests that they become lobstermen and catch their own. They fail to have luck at first, but when they shift their position, Rupert accidentally goes overboard. They dive down to recover him, but when Brian is attacked by a shark, their struggles accidentally send Rupert into a deep, dark crevice. Brian tries to convince Stewie to write Rupert off, but he refuses and dives down after him. He finally reaches Rupert, but the pressure from the deep causes him to lose consciousness. However, Brian does follow Stewie down and recovers the pair.
