Lee Harvey Oswald (October 18, 1939 – November 24, 1963) was, according to three United States government investigations, the assassin of U.S. President John F. Kennedy, who was fatally shot on November 22, 1963, in Dallas, Texas. An Ex-United States Marine who defected to the Soviet Union and later returned, Oswald was arrested on suspicion of killing Dallas police officer J. D. Tippit and later connected to the assassination of President Kennedy. Oswald denied any responsibility for the murders. Two days later, while being transferred under police custody from the city jail to the county jail, Oswald was shot and mortally wounded by Jack Ruby on live television.
In "Sibling Rivalry", Oswald is at the Texas School Book Depository when he notices there is a man in the crowd below with a gun aimed at Kennedy on the grassy knoll. Oswald loads his sniper rifle and says he will become an American hero for saving Kennedy.
In the Sinatra-less Apocalyptic Universe in "Road to the Multiverse", he assassinates President McCheese.
When Peter tries to set up a cutaway gag of being backstabbed in 'Lawyer Guy", he ends up with one of Lee Harvey Oswald working from home. When he calls for the Lee Harvey Oswald cutaway, he ends up with the one he originally wanted, resulting in him noting that someone in production will get fired.
