Mark M. Davis (born May 18, 1955) is an American sports businessman who currently owns the NFL's Las Vegas Raiders, as well as the WNBA's Las Vegas Aces. He is also known for his distinctive haircut.
In "Carny Knowledge", while plotting to cause a rift between Peter and Chris, Lois fakes a voicemail from Chris, tricking Peter into getting a Mark Davis haircut. When Chris asks who Davis is, Peter shows his picture while also describing him as a "maniac." After Lois' plan backfires, she apologizes for her actions, but Peter says he will only forgive her if she receives the same haircut.
