Moses Beauford is the Pawtucket Brewery's longtime night watchman in "Vat Man and Rob 'Em", having held the position for forty years.
Moses holds his retirement party, where he witnesses Peter getting hired to fill his seat. After helping him learn the ropes, Moses later catches Peter, Joe, Quagmire, and Cleveland turning the brewery into an after-hours bar, offering to help them cover their tracks after they consume all of the stored beer. Although he initially tags along for their heist on a beer truck, the attempt fails, forcing Moses to bail Peter out by refilling the vats with all the weekly beers he stole throughout his decades of work. He also states that he is planning to get his old job back.
