Mr. Stone is an executive with the advertising agency of Anderson, Wheeler & Thirdname who are working on an anti-smoking campaign. Mr. Stone asks Peter Griffin to become the face of their new advertisements in "Secondhand Spoke".
Peter agrees and records the ads, becoming a celebrity, but Mr. Stone drops him from the campaign after attending a NASCAR race and deciding that there is nothing remarkable about Peter's appearance after witnessing the fans. Peter begs to keep his ob as spokesman and offers to do anything. Mr. Stone challenges him to touch his toes but Peter is unable to complete the task.
Mr. Stone is voiced by John Viener.
