Muammar Abu Minyar al-Gaddafi (June 7, 1942 – October 20, 2011) was the leader of Libya since a coup in 1969 until the Libyan Revolution of 2011 which resulted in his death in October 2011.

He appeared as one of the despots at Peter's pool party in "E. Peterbus Unum". He is seen talking to Saddam Hussein as they discussed an episode of the American television series Seinfeld, titled "The Junior Mint".

Gaddafi is voiced by Wally Wingert.
