Natasha Melnick (born April 10, 1984) is an American television and film actress. She may be best known for her portrayal of Cindy Sanders on the short-lived NBC dramedy Freaks and Geeks.
She provides the voice of Meg's friend Ruth from "Don't Make Me Over" through "Friends Without Benefits".
