Noah Gray-Cabey is an American television actor and pianist, known for his roles as Franklin Aloysius Mumford in the ABC sitcom My Wife and Kids and Micah Sanders in the NBC science fiction drama Heroes.
Noah provides the voice of the little boy in the "Shrunky Dinks" cutaway in "Quagmire's Baby".
