O'Reillys is a bar where Brian goes to drink after Joe discovers that he kissed Bonnie in "The Heartbreak Dog".
When Joe arrives, he offers to buy Brian a drink to demonstrate there are no hard feelings, but after sampling the drink, Brian immediately passes out and awakens with boots on his feet which disturbs him greatly, unaware that Joe is posting the video on the internet and remarks about also rubbing his butt on him while he was unconscious as Peter also watches the video of Joe, noting that he likes to put stuff online.
