Phillip "Phil" LaMarr (born January 24, 1967) is an American actor, comedian and voice actor. His work includes voice acting on many animated series including Futurama, Static Shock, Samurai Jack, Justice League, Justice League Unlimited, Transformers Animated, Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends and Star Wars: The Clone Wars.
On Family Guy, he primarily voices Quahog 5 News weatherman Ollie Williams. He has also voiced Williams's ancestor Ali, Judge Dignified Q. Blackman and Alfonso Ribeiro.
