Pouncy is a cat that the Griffins adopt in "Family Cat". But when Brian suspects that the cat is evil, he can't find anyone who will believe him.
During her stay at the Griffins', Pouncy takes a particular liking to Meg, who deems her the one bright spot in her otherwise miserable life. True to Brian's suspicions, she turns out to be up to no good, her evil plan being to turn Meg into a crazy cat lady via toxoplasmosis. Ultimately, she is thwarted by Brian and Quagmire, the latter sacrificing himself to be the cat lady instead, which Pouncy appears to be satisfied with.
