Plot:

With the kids back in school, Lois finds herself bored and watching Netflix. Prompted by his own Netflix, Joe comes over to check on her. Mistaking him for a package delivery man, Brian charges the door and ends up falling down the stairs, hurting himself badly. Bored, Lois tries half of one of his painkillers and reaches a state of euphoria. However, she becomes hooked just as Brian runs out of pills. She tries to score drugs at the high school but finds out that none of the kids are selling. Placing Stewie in the bathtub, she searches around the room and finds one left, but drops it in the toilet. Unable to reach it, she tries to shove Stewie down the toilet after it just as Brian walks in and saves him. Telling her that there's another pill left in his crate, he tricks her into crawling in after it and locks the door behind her. She tries to buy more pills herself, but finds all of her coupons have expired in a nightmare sequence. When she awakens, she discovers she's still in the cage and the drugs have left her system, satisfying herself with just playing the end of "Crimson and Clover", which sounds like she's still on drugs.

Meanwhile, Peter cleans out the garage and Cleveland claims a ping-pong table that he throws away. The table becomes the center of attention in the neighborhood, which gets on Peter's nerves. He tries to reclaim it, but it is reminded by Brick Baker that Cleveland's possession is legal. He tries to sneak over in the middle of the night to set it on fire, but finds Cleveland waiting on him where they agree to play for ownership for the table. With all of the neighbors watching, They battle back and forth with the final point deciding the game. Cleveland can see that Peter is clearly winded, but suddenly decides to give him an easy serve. Peter goes up for a hard return, but ends up crushing the table. Cleveland admits the table was fun for the first day, but was completely sick of it by that point as they leave it out for the trash.
