The Quahog Adult Correctional Institute is a facility featured in "Dial Meg for Murder". As the family drives to the Correctional Institute, Stewie jokes with Brian wondering why they can't just call it a prison.

At present, it is home to Rodrigo; Consuela's adult son.

In "One if by Clam, Two if by Sea" after Peter, Joe, Cleveland and Quagmire are convicted of burning down The Drunken Clam. In that episode it is simply called "Quahog Prison".

Yet another name change occurs when it becomes the "Quahog State Prison" in "Underage Peter". Desperate to get alcohol after Mayor Adam West raises the drinking age to fifty, Peter and the guys sneak into the prison to try to find homemade alcohol, with Peter drinking urine from a toilet.

Quahog State Prison gets a remake when Lois serves six months for kidnapping in "Customer of the Week".

When Lois goes to visit Alana Fitzgerald in prison after attempting to have her killed and steal her life in "All About Alana", she demands they switch places when she discovers what an easy life Alana has.
