The Quahog Cafe is where Brian and Stewie try to figure out a new idea for helping Meg when previous attempts by making her popular in school and a potential date with Neil Goldman have failed in "Stand By Meg".
As they try to come up with something, Kevin Swanson asks Brian to hold his camera and live stream his suicide by immolation. Brian is only half-paying attention as Kevin is concerned about getting the footage right, but Stewie realizes that Kevin is the potential date for Meg they have been looking for and get him to stop his attempt long enough to date her.
