The Quahog Mafia is a collection of gangs that work together in Quahog, Rhode Island.
When Peter misinterprets his role as Susie Swanson's godfather in "La Famiglia Guy", he begins to pass himself off as a mafia boss with his friends as his 'gang'. Joe begins to worry that they may run afoul of the actual mafia who does begin to send Peter hints that they don't appreciate his solo act. However, Joe sees an opportunity to slip Peter into a meeting with the mob bosses with a wire to record them.
Inside, Peter is introduced to the various Dons; Don Duck, Don Key Kong, Don Amnesia, Don Omatopoeia, The Land Don Under, Don Imus, Don De-Don-Don and his suspenseful son, Don-Don-Don.
Peter naturally screws up and allows them to find out he's wearing a wire. Joe in the police burst into save him, but allows himself to also get captured. Just as they're nearly killed, they are saved when a jar of Prego spaghetti sauce guns down their captor.
