- When Stewie says "Let's just get on the bloody plane and go home", his head overlaps his shirt, and then when Brian says "Our tickets were in the bags", he only has half of his left hand.
- During the night at the motel, five gun holes are clearly visible above Stewie and Brian's bed. In the morning when Stewie wakes up to answer the phone, there are seven gun shot holes above the bed.
- When Brian and Stewie are in the motel bathroom the mirror has a chip in the corner that suddenly appears.
- When Brian and Stewie are singing in the train car, the rubber bottom of Brian's cane changes from black to grey a few times.
- When Stewie is dialing 1-1-1-1-1-1-3, the animations shows him dialing 1-1-1-1-1-1-"1".
- At the start of the episode when it shows inside Brian's cage his mother is resting her head on a pillow, but moments later when Brian is taken the pillow has disappeared.
