Roger Williams (c. 21 December 1603 – between 27 January and 15 March 1683) was a Puritan minister, theologian, and author who founded Providence Plantations, which became the Colony of Rhode Island.
While gathering petition signatures outside of Stop 'N Shop to remove the statue of Pawtucket Brewery founder Pawtucket Pat after discovering that he was a murderer and a thief in "Pawtucket Pat", Brian almost commits a faux pas with statues of Roger Williams and his wife, who ask him to wipe 74 years pigeon poop off of them.
