Rumps is a gay nightclub in "Scammed Yankees" that Stewie mistakes for an Apple store.
After seeing a partially undressed Patty in the girl's gym locker room, Stewie observes that Brian wants Patty more than he wanted the new iPhone. In a cutaway in a line outside of Rumps, a patron tries to convince Stewie that he is in the wrong store for an Apple iPhone, but he rejects the comments as an attempt to move up in line.
