Ryan Steven Lochte (born August 3, 1984) is an American competitive swimmer and 12-time Olympic medalist.
Peter meets Ryan at a party for the athletes of the Korean winter Olympics in "Griffin Winter Games" where he questions the fact that Ryan is a swimmer and should be at the summer games. As Ryan offers him a beer, a voice over by Josh Robert Thompson imitating Morgan Freeman refers to him as an 'international bozo' and notes that Peter partied with him all night.
