Sandy Belford is a Child Protective Services agent. She took Stewie away from the Griffins in "Love Thy Trophy" when she overheard Meg telling the customers that Stewie was addicted to crack and eats dog food to get bigger tips. When the Griffins and their neighbors decide to get Stewie back, she is distracted by Quagmire through sexual intercourse, and she told him the location of Stewie's new family.
After getting Stewie back, they wonder where Quagmire is, who is in bed with Sandy, who asks Quagmire what he does for a living. He then asks her why she is still there with him.
Sandy is voiced by Debra Wilson.
