Sanfo is a random man who Brian considers a friend in "Peter, Peter, Pumpkin Cheater".
After meeting up while in line for Top Gun: Maverick, Brian gets fixated on Sanfo, who barely recognizes him when he attempts to reconnect later on. Brian insists that Sanfo meet up with him to see a movie on Halloween night and bring his friends along, but they ultimately never show up.
Sanfo is voiced by Seth Green.
