Shelby is a jewelry store clerk at Jason Jewelry at the Quahog Mall.
When Brian falls for her in "The New Adventures of Old Tom", his small talk results in him posing as a millionaire and buying an expensive ring to impress her, intending to take it back when she goes off duty. But when he believes she is done for the day, he and Stewie are unable to locate it until they find that Chris has swallowed it. They try desperately to encourage a bowel movement, but end up rushing back to the mall near closing time, hoping that a bumpy ride will shake things loose. They arrive just as the store is closing to find Shelby still on duty, just as Chris' bowels do cut loose in front of her, resulting in her never wanting to have interaction with Brian again.
Shelby is voiced by Pamela Tyson.
