"Shipoopi" is a musical number from the 1957 stage musical The Music Man, written by Meredith Wilson.
In "Patriot Games", Peter Griffin after being warned not to showboat on touchdowns, scores a touchdown and performs this number as a victory dance anyway, leading the entire crowd in song. The scene is replayed in the musical numbers portion of the extended cut of "Brian & Stewie".
Seth MacFarlane performs the song as Peter again in Family Guy Presents: Seth & Alex's Almost Live Comedy Show.
Lois mentions the song while imitating Peter in "The Finer Strings".
Meg has a flashback of "Shipoopi" in "Better Off Meg".
It is featured on the album The Family Guy 25th Anniversary EP.
