Steve Bellows is Quahog's most vicious serial killer. He once shot a man to death just for snoring according to Joe Swanson. He was put away by the police and has sworn revenge. He planned to kill Joe, his friends Peter Griffin, Glenn Quagmire, and Cleveland Brown, who were incarcerated with him at the time after being framed for burning down The Drunken Clam in "One if by Clam, Two if by Sea". Thankfully, the men are rescued moments before Bellows arrives to kill them. Upon entering the empty jail cell, Bellows stabs himself in the stomach with a knife out of curiosity. Finding out that it hurts to be stabbed, he decides that he deserves to be in prison.
