Stryker Foxx is a paramedic that befriends Peter in "Foxx in the Men House".
When Peter prefers to hang out with his new "cool" friend, he dumps Joe, Quagmire and Cleveland, only for Foxx to die in a stunt gone wrong. It's later revealed that Foxx was only a creation of Peter's coma-induced fantasy.
Stryker is voiced by Chris Diamantopoulos.
