Hmm…
Maybe "Stewie destroys his time machine, but regrets it when Brian is killed in a car accident" in the page should be replaced with "Stewie destroys his time machine, but regrets it when something unthinkable happens" to fit the episode's press release summary. --LDEJRuff 13:06, November 15, 2018 (UTC)

Who killed him?
I think it was Penelope that killed Brian in this episode. I know it's a topic that'll likely not get an answer, but she's a pretty likely candidate if they bring up the topic again! She's the only one with the intentions of killing Brian, cause she asked Stewie to do it, and probably killed him just to get back at Stewie.
