Isn't "Meka leka hi meka hiney oh" used in "Weird Al" Yankovic's song "Pretty Fly For a Rabbi" on his album "Running With Scissors?" I could be wrong, however.
Weird Al does use it in that song, but it's originally from Pee-wee's Playhouse. The sequence with the song is based on the opening to Pee-wee's show.
