In S14E15, around 12:45, when Stewie activated the dream machine. The sound of the machine is clearly a sound clip taken from Star Trek TOS, specifically a heatbeat monitor from sickbay.

Addition recommendation: S02E19 "The Story on Page 1" - After Peter burns the article Meg left on the desk, he sings the ending of the theme song to Star Trek: Voyager. He repeats this once more after moving in front of the TV in reply to Luke Perry stating he's going to sue Meg.
