I removed 2 goofs that I personally found were just not even worth mentioning.
1 was the one about Peter's spine. There's no indication that these scenes follow back to back, and thus that leaves time for a hospital visit.
2 makes no sense whatsoever, as Lois never made any suggestion that is was the AMOUNT of animals that bothered her, more likely was that it was the type that bothered her. (and to remind you, in an earlier episode, they already got a second dog in a short flashback scene)
