The Brine is home to the Quahog Community Theater. Robert Kimble is the former director until his death. Lois briefly replaced him until Peter took over the production of The King and I in "The King Is Dead".
It also shows movies. Peter takes in a film there in "Brian Wallows and Peter's Swallows".
It was also the scene of the community talent show in "Deep Throats" and The Redneck Comedy Tour in "Airport '07".
