The Dean, as he is simply known, is in charge of a secret island hideaway where the world's greatest minds write the world's dirty jokes in "The Splendid Source". He serves as the main antagonist in the aforementioned episode.
When Peter and the gang try to trace the source of a joke, they are kidnapped and brought to the island where they are imprisoned. Stabbing Cleveland with a pencil, Peter gets the guards to open their cell where they try to escape when they are caught. When an old man claims to have written the all-time best dirty joke, Peter manages to grab it and threatens it's destruction, forcing The Dean to call off the men. Peter manages to set the hideaway on fire in their escape, destroying it.
He is voiced by Marc Alaimo.
