Todd is Lap Band's new secretary in "Take This Job and Love It", following the departure of Meg's character, Mrs. Takapenny Leavapenny.
Upon hearing the news, Peter's character Lap Band attempts to hit on Todd, which makes him blush.
Todd is voiced by Seth Green.
