Tony is a mobster trying to track down Mort Goldman in "The Unkindest Cut".
When Brian and Stewie learn there is a $10,000 reward for Mort's involvement in a drug scam, they hack his computer and trace his location to Boca Raton, Florida, unaware that two shady characters are following them. Tony, the driver hopes that they have time to visit the Wizarding World of Harry Potter while they are there, which is confirmed by his partner.
Through a friend, they track Mort down to the Coral Palm Motel and take him into custody as he worries about being caught by the mob, but Tony and his boss take control of Mort themselves. Stewie hatches a plot to trade Mort for a flash drive containing the drug scam information, but as Stewie complains about losing the drive itself, they are all surrounded by Federal agents who reveals that Mort had been cooperating to help bust the mob, and had already claimed the reward for himself.
