Tracy Flannigan is one of Brian's ex-girlfriends. Unbeknownst to Brian, she gave birth to their son, Dylan sometime after the relationship ended. She became a fat slob after Brian left her. She appears in The Former Life of Brian. She left Dylan with the Griffins, leaving Brian to take care of him. When Brian first dated her, she tells him that her father sexually abused her and was afraid to tell anyone because she thought it was somehow her fault.

- Her last name is spelled differently in the closed-captions and on her mailbox
- There is a Tracy Flanagan (spelled differently) who works at University of Phoenix in Southern California (University of Phoenix is made reference to when Dylan asks for a letter of reccomendation for his mom).
