The University of Oxford, also known as Oxford University or simply Oxford, is a collegiate research university located in Oxford, England. It is considered the oldest university in the English-speaking world, and the world's second-oldest surviving university.
After Stewie alters his conception and is born into an upper-crust British family in "Chap Stewie", he is pleased that his new father is a Physics professor at Oxford. When he realizes he misses his old family, he sneaks into Oxford to gather plutonium and supplies to build a rudimentary time machine, but is discovered by his new father although he escapes and returns to restore history.
