In "You May Now Kiss the...Uh...Guy Who Receives", Brian campaigns door-to-door to petition the gay marriage ban that Mayor Adam West was considering signing into law as a distraction from the Dig 'Em monument fiasco. At the home of Glenn Quagmire, Glenn declines to sign, and while explaining, breaks into the song.
